Hello,
I have been trying for several days now to install OWFS and I keep
running into problems. First I tried installing on Fedora Core 4 and
install went OK, but I had problems with getting FUSE to work with OWFS.
OWHTTPD was fine, but not OWFS. Got fed up and thought I should try
installing OWFS on Debian, so I reformatted and installed Debian.
Debian turned out to be a total disaster and I couldn't successfully
install FUSE or libusb (Debian netinstall didn't come with
libusb).
So now I am back to square one and really frustrated. Anyone have any
suggestions as to what will be easiest? I did try the OWFS bootable CD
and that worked fine with my hardware, but I really need to install OWFS
on a hard disk so I can have more functionality out of the system that
OWFS will be running on.
Anyone have some advice for me?
Thanks,
Sean
