Andre, It's not unusual (in my experience) to see some strange readings from the Dallas chips. Your problem sounds more like data errors on the USB or 1-wire bus, more than anything else.
What chip are you working with? My guess is DS2438? If I remember correctly, you have to provide power to that chip (parasite power didn't work well, as I recall, but I could be wrong). Perhaps something like that is your problem. You should check your wiring also. Be sure that all the connectors are well crimped/soldered/attached. I found that using a PC running fedora Linux to be a great debugging tool - owfs and fuse are very stable on fedora, and knowing that helped me track down problems such as wiring and power. Once I got the 1-wire working well on the PC, then the port to OpenWRT was smoother.
