It's completely normal, as packages.qa.debian.org is one of the tools
used by package maintainers and the QA team to ensure quality of packages.

So adding it to your sources.list won't work.

In Debian, OWFS is only available in Testing and Sid.

I planned to make a squeeze-backport of it, but I didn't have time to
perform it.

Maybe I should work on it again.
