My system is Debian based and still running on an old HP Thin Client
workstation with an custom added 2.5" laptop drive connected to where the
FLASH module used to connect. Seems to work fine although I'm getting
nervous about the old 40G IDE hard drive...

I hope was to migrate to a PogoPlug Pro but the FTDI interface has not been
sorted on that version of the kernel. So I'm still waiting and hoping.

I just powered-up and tested my whole 1-wire system over the weekend as it
only controls my heating system and now it's starting to get a bit chilly in
the southern hemisphere so I thought I better make sure it is all still
working and get the boiler all cleaned out and ready to do its job.

I pulled the owfs-2.8p14.tar.gz source tar-ball, unpacked it, run
./configure, make, make install, reboot and it all seems to be working fine
- it was prior to the update but nothing like progress... ;)
