It's definitely problem of python or os module. Or both. When I connect
ibutton:
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ ls /mnt/1wire/uncached | grep 01.49
01.4991AE150000

When I disconnect:
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ ls /mnt/1wire/uncached | grep 01.49
pi@raspberrypi ~ $

LS command immediately reflect connected or disconnected ibutton. Of course
when I read noncached directory, it takes time to dismiss directory. But I
don't use cache directory. If you don't believe me, I can record video and
post to youtube.
One my friend told me if it could be problem of caching python itself or os
module, but I'm new to python, so it will spend me a time to google
something useful. 
Anyway I'm going to write script in bash, and I'll post result.
