I confirm the same problem of double entries on Raspberry pi with i2c and
2.8p15. I recently moved from serial to i2c (DS2482-100 and DS2482-800 both
same issue).

Yesterday I have switched on/off a relay via a PIO
I use owserver and owfs only (basic install via apt-get on Raspbian)
I have tried i2c advanced adressing to explicitly adress my DS2482 but no
success.
Anyway for the time it's only anoying, but still seems to work (to confirm
by real use, I'll do in a few weeks/months)
