Hi,

I’ve read the discussion about the new Hobby boards barometer from June and am
wondering if there was a resolution?

I have the same barometer and see the same problem as previously discussed -
the “pressure” and “temperature” values are always the same.

If briefly unplug the barometer board from the bus, when it returns it shows a
different value for both - but that value then remains on every query.

I see the same result if I query
/uncached/XX.XXXXXXXXXXXX/barometer/temperature (or pressure) - I don’t think
it’s a caching issue.

I have the value “9” in barometer/polling_frequency - if I try writing another
value to it, it seems to have no effect, and querying the polling_frequency
again still gives the value 9.

This is using owfs 3.1p0 on a CentOS 7 box, which in other respects works
flawlessly with a couple of DS9490Rs running two busses with a couple of dozen
DS1820s, Sheepwalk SWE3s, hobby-boards counters, etc.

I’ve put this query to Eric Vickery at Hobby Boards but it doesn’t sound like
it’s something he’s seen before.

Cheers
