Hello Barry,
Thanks for your quick response,
We are using OWLIM-Lite - version 5.2.5577,
Tried creating an OWLIM repository from the workbench, this version
does not list OWLIM-Lite in the list of repository types,
Hence, had to use the sesame console to create OWLIM repository,
On creating the repository with default values for all parameters and
trying to upload a small N-Quad file, it gave some repositoryException..
Anyways, as you suggested, will check if the problem lies with Tomcat,
Also, would like to know if we have to try with the latest 5.3 version
of OWLIM-Lite?
Thanks in advance,

Hello Pallavi,
From this I understand that you are using OWLIM-Lite. Which
version, please?
Have you managed to create and use an OWLIM repository in the
normal way, i.e. from the workbench select "New repository",
select OWLIM-Lite from the list, fill in the details, etc.
I would try leaving the storage folder as the default value. If
this works then try using the other folder you specify.
It is possible the connection reset error has something to do with
your tomcat set up, so I suggest trying things the 'normal' way
above to eliminate this possibility.
Good luck,

Hello Barry,
Thanks for the response,
Have followed exactly the same steps in adding RDF data from
openrdf workbench,
Still getting "Connection reset error"..
Any idea what might have gone wrong?
Here are some parameters used to create the OWLIM repository
using the sesame console:
Storage: /home/dbdata/owlimdata - Path to the place where the
loaded N-Quads data has to be persisted on... (The folder
owlimdata is not existing, assuming it shall be created.. Should
an existing folder be specified?)
Namespace: http://ontopack.org/OWLIM#
Job-Size: 1000000
Index Size: 1000000
Can you kindly help us out in this regard?
Thanks in advance,

Hello Pallavi,
N-Quads has been supported in OWLIM since version 5.2.
You should be able to use the openrdf workbench to add files
in this format as normal from the 'Add' page. The workbench
does not list 'N-Quads' in the list of supported data
formats, so leave this as '(autodetect)' and make sure the
file you load has the '.nq' file extension.
Also, since N-Quads has the context values stored in the
file, you most likely want to un-check 'use base URI as
context identifier' and leave the Context field blank. If you
don't do this it will ignore the context values in the file
being loaded and overwrite them with the file's URL (or
whatever you put in the Context field).
I hope this helps,
barry

Hello,
Being a newbie to OWLIM and openrdf workbench, Here's my
question,
Tried creating OWLIM repository using sesame console and was
successful in doing so,
On trying to add RDF data in N-Quad format, used openrdf
workbench to browse and load rdf data to created OWLIM
repository,
Getting connection reset error in tomcat,
May i know how this can be resolved? How can any one add
N-Quad RDF data to OWLIM repository using open rdf workbench?
Thanks in advance,
