More context please. For visual studio (if so, which version)? For ASP.NET(and if so, which version)? For WinForms? For WPF? For Silverlight? For Windows Mobile? Compact Framework? Does it need to run on mono? Do you need to be able to customize the dictionary? What languages does it need to support?
