Yes. When an external MTA/MX bounces the messages the return path is
ozdotnet-boun...@ozdotnet.com. MailMan processes the mail at that address
and keeps a score on how many bounces a given user generates and notches up
a score. When that gets too high it disables the subscription
automatically.

Reading the error below, your mail server is rejecting the messages as SPAM:
"Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering. (in reply to end of DATA
command)"

See if you can talk your IT nerds into white-listing messages with a to
address of ozdotnet@ozdotnet.com.
