Folks, any Swashbuckle/Swagger boffins in here? I've wasted the whole morning trying to do some things that would seem easy in my WebApi project, but are not. The documentation on these libraries is so jumbled and unclear that I'm really getting angry. I've searched the web until my fingers are bleeding, but I can't find any useful clues about the failed or inconsistent results I'm getting.
Request Body Sample Never Displayed *In an IOperationFilter I add a sample class to the body parameter schema examples, but it is never displayed. How do you create a custom request body example?* Response Sample Shows JSON Only *In an ISchemaFilter I set a sample class to the schema example and it displays okay, but only for content type Json. If I pick a different content type like xml, then the response sample reverts to the default.* Custom Formatter Never Used *I plugged in my own text/plain formatter and it's working fine, but it is never used in any swagger examples. I can pick text/plain from the content types but it shows me the JSON instead of the text out of my formatter.* *Greg K*
