Is the mailing list shared btn Ozmid and Birthnews? I only posted my response
on Birthnews and was surprised to see it pop up here....

My husband is a hobby audioengineer and I've been to a lot of live gigs in a
lot of bad rooms. I DO understand how ultrasound could be considered to be
potentially harmful. In a poorly tuned room there can be certain frequencies
in certain "pockets" where the vibration makes you anxious, nauseous or just
plain uncomfortable and the feedback makes your nose and eyes water!

I dread to think what impact sound vibrations could potentially have on
delicate developing tissues, brains and organs. Don't get me wrong, I'm not
advocating the social use of ultrasound ... I just thought I would share my
understanding of why couples are so attracted to it.
