I do not believe that anyone was 'popping' the new mum but most definitely
the OB.

I know thats what my comments were regarding and in reading the other
replies, never took it to have a pop at mum ( although some were referring
to her weight and supermodel status) the actual original qoute from the
paper refers to the OB suggesting a c/s due to the painful foot not the
mother requesting the c/s.............
