Andrea, It may interest you and others that we have only one birth centre in South Australia that 'allows' women to have a VBAC, and it is NOT attached to one of our large tertiary hospitals. Waterbirth is also verbally denied at most if not all birth centres, women and midwives need to orchestrate an 'accidental' waterbirth as far as I'm aware.
