Hi Kelly We tell our mums to get down on all fours then down onto elbows with bottom in the air. This position helps to disengage the baby's head from the pelvis. We then get them to relax and sway from side to side but not too vigorously. The babys more often than not will swing around so their back is back at your tummy. Have them do this several times a day for around 5 minutes at a time.
