Hi Katy. I had great success with "Kenacomb" ointment for my nipple trauma and subsequ\\\ent infection and thrush.  It is to be used VERY sparingly, but worked wonders.  It has an antifungal, antibiotic and a steroid in it.  I think it is still prescription only, though.   HTH!
