Dear all,  I would like your help with info to forward on to my niece who suffers from exemia in particular her nipples, which crack and bleed.  She is not pregnant or feeding, but with my midwives eye, I would like to help her clear things up to protect the future BF potential.  My niece was BF till she was 4 and so I feel confident that she will be very pro. I know little of what she has already tried so all info would be great.  Thanks in anticipation.   Katy.
