TLDR; short version only with the proposals




* Write agenda BEFORE the meetings with the current topics (can be a wiki page or mail thread)

 * Record the meetings and share, but only for a limited time (2-3-4 weeks)

 * Keep writing meeting minutes

 * Archive meeting minutes on the wiki

* Start a new Community sync at Friday 8:30 GMT in addition to the existing one (frequency can be one or two weeks)

The last one is a flexible proposal, please add your comment (can be moved with -0:30, +0:30, +1:00) and can be moved to different day.
