to be honest, there's no choice there. if you want reach, then that means all that comes with it - not just web delivered, but catering for everybody - mobile clients included. It's a fact that my boss is slow to understand. He's hoping to leverage our DynamicsCRM system on to our customers. you can't dictate platforms to customers. it really annoys me when my bank tries it on me, esp when it's unnecessary.
