Ha! nice. I had forgotten that shortcut (its same one as Silverlight Spy so
should have tried that). I can browse the NavigationWindow now.

Also I've now got it working on the 64bit version of snoop. It only works
for me when I run it from the Debug folder, It can't see it if I run it via
F5 from Visual Studio. (I thought that worked?). That's good enough for me,
means I don't have to mess about with changing the build target - can leave
it as AnyCPU.
