Hi Lucia,

there are two rather old papers by Almeida Veloso and Kunwadee
Sripanidkulchai. I don't know of anything newer of relevance.. We're
currently cooperating with some IPTV providers to measure user behavior,
but we haven't collected enough data yet to sensibly make it public.
We'll be happy to keep you posted, as soon as there are news :)
