I've got a tarball on SF now: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=32132 and a submission to CPAN is in process. It's still alpha level software (meaning, no one but me has ever used it), but I think the system is fairly transparent in how it works. If I'm wrong, let me know and I'll work on things. jpt
