I've uploaded http://www.apache.org/~stas/DocSet-0.14.tar.gz which is probably the one that will go to CPAN soon. Please use this one when you play with it. > However, does it extract metadata from the code? no, but it's easy to extend it to do so. It currently does things that I needed for perl.apache.org. It's fully subclass-able, but other things won't be implemented until somebody needs them. So feel free to extend it. > or just transform the existing POD doc to a more attractive > and useful format? You've the parsing and rendering stages, which are fully customisable. So it's up to you how do you want to extract data. It's a pity that a lot of effort is wasted because everybody tries to develop from scratch. I realize that my vision doesn't fit everybody else's visiion, that's why I'm trying to build a flexible framework. I wish that there would be a more joint effort and more things will get re-used. __________________________________________________________________ Stas Bekman JAm_pH ------> Just Another mod_perl Hacker http://stason.org/ mod_perl Guide ---> http://perl.apache.org mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://use.perl.org http://apacheweek.com http://modperlbook.org http://apache.org http://ticketmaster.com
