I always thought that Sean Burke contributed the
most to the Localization related modules on CPAN.
I wonder if he would be interested in contributing
to this project, either through code or providing
guidance?

IMHO the cleanest perl mail API are the modules from the
Mail-Tools distro.  I like how they focus on building the
message and abstract away the details of SMTP from the
user.  (the code just seems to be cleaner and more
maintainable than the equivalent pure-Net::SMTP
implementations)  Perhaps the creator of this distro,
Graham Barr, or the maintainer Mark Overmeer would be
interested in helping as well?
