I know, I know, it's dressed into mod_perl site stuff, but that's easy to change. The POD parser is very crude yet (a proof of concept), and I'll be working on improving it soon. here is one of the autogenerated PDFs: http://www.apache.org/~stas/p5ee/Blue.pdf read it with acroread so you get all the bookmarks.
