It should have been GeoIP, GeoIP-update, GeoIP-update-cron, and GeoIP-update-cron6... and that way it could have been restructured as GeoIP, geoipupdate, geoipupdate-cron, and geoipupdate-cron6. But GeoIP-update ended up being overloaded, containing both the utility and the IPv4 cron script...
