That's good to know -- I had one of my package reviews beaten up the other day
because of it, so I guess I blindly assumed that it had been accepted into the
guidelines.  (I did notice that rpmlint is now complaining about it as an
error, where it didn't used to do so, and I wish there was more consistency
here.)

I'm certainly willing to ignore the error from rpmlint, and I can obviously see
how it would be useful for relocatable packages and/or SCL stacks.
