Done.

I see that 2016-09-27 is the date for 100% Code Complete Deadline.  We don't
expect there is any more code change, once the package is accepted.  If it gets
accepted, are there any other steps that has to happen other than checking in
the code before 9/27 on my part?  I did see that the bug status has to be
ON_QA, but I wonder how long it'll take from package acceptance till the bug is
moved to ON_QA.  Please advise.
