Hmmm.  I see that the README.rst file mentions another license, MIT.  That file
says that the "package is released under an open source Apache 2.0 license". 
But that file does not describe what files in the source are licensed under the
MIT license.  I am not sure what to do about that.  Does the MIT license allow
for "re-licensing"?
