The incorrect FSF address doesn't affect the build process or the security of
the package in no way. If there was an active upstream project, I would patch
the package and send the patch to the maintainers. But in our case, it is
impossible. BTW, I'm sure this affects some other packages whose upstream is
dead and which are moved through the distribution releases over years.

Well, it would be fine to have a common guideline for it.
