Hello,
I’m using PacketFence Zen 3.2. in inline mode and having problems getting
the Guest Access working.
These are the steps I go through:
-I can login to the admin site and generate a Guest Username and Access
Code.
-I then connect a client to the network
-I’m re-directed to the captive portal page where it asks for user name and
password which I enter correctly.
-Then the page changes to Your network access us currently being enabled….
and sits there with a progress bar for a few seconds. It then says unable
to determine network connection please open another browser…
-I then get redirected back to the captive portal username and password
page this is then an infinite loop.
I’ve tried with multiple clients and browsers.
I also know the username and passwords are correct because I tried entering
it wrong and it immediately comes up with incorrect id/pwd
Has anyone seen this before?
