Looks like https proxy passthrough works (in 4.0.5) correctly, however there is certificate warnings problem. User's browser displays information about local PacketFence server certificate not matching target website address. After you accept this warning you can display https pages although with certificate error.
Do you have an idea how to show registration private network user secure site without certificate complaint from browser? I've read about secure tunnel (Apache AllowCONNECT directive), but could ordinary browser make use of this feature at all?
