Hello Uhlig,
to allow proxy passthrough we have to use apache as a reverse proxy, so 
the https connection will stop on the captive portal with the 
packetfence´s certificate.
The AllowCONNECT is different, it is when you use apache as a specific 
proxy.

To make it work (i have never tested) you have to create a wildcard 
certificate, set it on the captive portal and install the CA public key 
on your device.
