In mixed 802.1x and MAC authentication setup, I came to the situation, where node "owner" is MAC authenticated username and "802.1x username" is real 802.1x username (in admin GUI).
I suppose this is incorrect. It's an effect of first registration using MAC auth and second using 802.1x. The second connection didn't change the owner although it set 802.1x username. This leads to the questions: what do you mean by "owner", why node owner didn't change after succesful 802.1x connection and do you think it's a bug worth an issue in BTS? MU
