Hello, After upgrading from 4.05 to 4.2.2, made all the adjustments in
the config files, everything starts except for radiusd
When I start with radiusd -d /usr/local/pf/raddb -X, I get the
following error talking about the rpc_server configuration item

WARNING: No such configuration item rpc_server
/usr/local/pf/raddb/sites-enabled/packetfence-tunnel[33]: Reference
"${rpc_server}" not found
Errors reading or parsing /usr/local/pf/raddb/radiusd.conf

I see in the packetfence-tunnel file there is a new section under post-auth
for rpc server settings. We use LDAP and not AD, What am I missing?
