Oh. I already looked at the send_email sub in util.pm guest.pm activation.pm
and tried adding utf-8 as content type etc. but that didn't change anything in the DKIM verification. I tried the changes based on one of the tickets (#899) on 'Standardize sending email and setting encoding' and fixed by Derek. I also tried sending an email using 'mail' and loading the message directly from the template. That passed DKIM verification as well. So it's not the message template itself either.
