Hello Xavier,

first you need to forward a copy of the production dhcp traffic to the PacketFence management interface (it's mandatory and this will trigger the scan).

After if it still doesn't work then create a connection profile with a filter based on the network (cird format 172.20.1.0/24) and add the scanner on the connection profile.
