Hello,

It’s normal because your access has been changed after the authentication on 
the portal.

If you are doing web auth it’s most likely a change of ACL and if you are doing 
VLAN enforcement, the VLAN has been changed.

It means that you have no network access within the new authenticated access.

Check under Auditing log related to your Mac address.

What equipment are you using and what are you trying to achieve ?
