Sorry, let me clarify.

Non-registered devices = guests that I do not control.  They work.

I took all my IOT devices and manually registered them to the admin account
and I can see them on that account when I search by MAC.  Those do not work
as they are still getting the portal.

Below is an example of one that is registered.
