I did not experience the problem on our test server (ZEN, 13.1.0), but I ran into the same issue with a brand-new cluster install (ISO 13.1.0). I found that it is because the DNS servers are not being allowed inbound. If you or anyone else knows what iptables entry is required, please share, thanks.
