Hi. We are running PacketFence 13.2.0 and we use MAB in order to authenticate
clients. We need to achieve the following setup. 1 - a client connect to a
network switch and switch authenticates the client using MAB 2 - PacketFence
places the client into registration VLAN where the client gets IP from
PacketFence 3 - based on VLAN filters, PacketFence moves the client from
registration VLAN to normal VLAN Our issue is that PacketFence does not move
a client to normal VLAN upon registration. However, when we reevaluate access
manually from 'Nodes' menu (or disable and enable port connected to the
client on a switch), the client is being moved to normal VLAN. We have
network switches set as SNMP switch type because network switches probably do
not support RADIUS CoA to reevaluate access and we must use SNMP to perform
SNMP up/down.  Below is the switches.conf file.   #switches.conf  [10.0.1.230]
radiusSecret=secret  group=Aruba  deauthMethod=SNMP   [group Aruba]
description=Aruba  type=PacketFence::SNMP  SNMPCommunityTrap=xxxxx
SNMPVersion=2c  SNMPCommunityWrite=xxxxx  SNMPCommunityRead=xxxxx
SNMPVersionTrap=2c  VLAN90Vlan=90  VLAN130Vlan=130  REGISTRATIONVlan=198
VLAN136Vlan=136  isolationVlan=199  registrationVlan=198  VLAN20Vlan=20
VoIPDHCPDetect=N uplink_dynamic=static What can we do to move clients to
normal VLAN automatically by PacketFence? Any help will beĀ appreciated.
Regards,  o2 Team
