[packman] fdupes package outdated

Upstream source is here
<https://github.com/adrianlopezroche/fdupes/releases>, and if I set packman
repo the same priority with official openSUSE repo, when I run zypper
up/dup, this outdated package will take place the newer one from official
repo.
