No, there the cause is different: I have another build service
installation for my work- and private-related builds, and the workers
are serving both build servers. Usually, when workers are "away", then
they are building loads for the other build server. If they are "down",
then they are really down or otherwise not connected to the build server
at that moment. This happened for the two x86_64 workers during the past
month several times, due to problems with the update from openSUSE Leap
15.6 to 16.0, there I am still not happy, and have yet to update the
build server. 

The fancy graphs on the monitor page gives a visual presentation of the
availability or current and past engagement of the workers.
