Where have you been. This topic has been discussed for 6 weeks now
on the palm newsgroup. I was probably the first person to point this
out. I got my PalmIIIx on the first day it was released. I returned
it 6 times and all had the streaks.
There are apparently two display types but most have the streaking
version.
There is a program called StreakHack that reduces the streaking.
