What does "unanounced products" have to do with this comment? It
might make sense if there was a new product coming out but since
you say there are no anouncements to make, this paragraph says
NOTHING.

It appears that you ARE interested in getting at people who tell the
truth. Many have posted emails, from 3com, indicating that "this
streaking is acceptable considering the improvements made...".

StreakHack does work somewhat, but not for all and it has some
drawbacks. Slower refresh, wavy lines in some images, etc. Besides
whenever you call 3Com they say "do you have any hacks installed".
StreakHack requires a Hack.
Basically, this is 3coms problem. And it is not resolved by using a
Hack AND 3Com STILL says it's acceptable AND they still don't care
about the problem.
IF YOU say they DO care. Then lets see an official comment about
this streaking where they indicate they are working on a fix. Or
anything besides, it's acceptable.
