It may seem like tomfoolery but there is a certain legal requirements when
using trademarks in general not just for Palm. Somebody posted a URL here
some time ago to a page describing the 'legal' way all trademarks must be
used. It was rather useful and may be worth reading. The docs in the
Pavilion are enough to show you specific examples how the use the Palm trade
marks and keep Palm off your back.
Just wait until someone writes a review and miss-quotes your product name
because another developer used your trademark incorrectly in his/her
credits. I've recently see it done to our products as recently as last
week.
