Why does expressing a pro Microsoft point of view necessarily mean a
flame war. Its just another point of view amongst many.

OPINION ON
Yes *WE*. We, meaning myself and the developers in my group, prefer
Microsoft products. They provide professional quality, well integrated
development tools. They have also successfully developed and promoted
the Windows platform to the extent that we can profit by developing
for Windows only. No more expensive ports, and compatibility issues.
Of course, we are also working on a business model for Palm applications
cause we all own them, and think the are neat. If we can make it work,
I suspect we will develop hand held apps for Palm only.
Its not religion, its just business. In *OUR* humble opinion the weakest
part of the Palm chain is the quality of the development tools. *WE*
need better tools, and are posting this as a reminder to Palm that an
investment in that area would be a wise one. In market share terms, Palm
is the Windows of hand helds. Let's hope it doesn't go the same way as
Borland due to lack of professional grade tools.
