Get and use FindHack. I'm not sure what Metrowerks has to do with it; I 
think the "problem" (feature? :-) is in FindStrInStr.

FindHack started out well, then became quite overbloated. Version 1.0 
fixes the problem you discovered, and nothing more. I've squirreled 
away a copy and made it available for anyone to download, with the 
author's permission: http://home.att.net/~foursquaredev/rpp/find10.zip
