StrStr will indeed do partial string matches, but there is a problem with using it as 
a substitute for FindStrInStr.

FindStrInStr performs a weakly equal match on the characters. This means that it 
collapses weakly equal characters (e.g. upper & lower case) into equivalent match 
codes. If you use StrStr, then you won't get case-insensitive matching, for example. 
Note that for other character encodings (such as Japanese), even more extensive 
processing is done; for example, it ignores the chou-on character completely.
