Have you tried telling the user that your app should not be causing this
problem and that a soft reset will most likely fix it. I have seen several
people (including myself) have this problem with a brand new Palm device
and a soft reset corrects the problem. Recently heard a few people
complain that it just started happening suddendly. This user seems to be
suggesting that the PalmV was working but it is also possible that they
were used to the alarms working in an older pilot and now expect it to work
in the PalmV.
